11th Aug 08: Scottish Widows Game: Venue Change
The venue for the game on Tuesday 12th Aug vs Scottish Widows has moved to Roseburn artificial due to the flooding at Inch Park.
9th Aug 08: Finals Day CANCELLED
The Cow Corner 20|20 Finals Day at Myreside and Craiglockhart tomorrow has been CANCELLED due to the weather and the fact that the pitches can't be pepared.
The rescheduled date for the ties will be 24th August (TBC). More details to follow. Note that tis will mean that the annual game vs West Lothian will have to be rescheduled/cancelled.

8th Aug 08: Finals Day Await
Marchmont find themselves up against Edinburgh Accies at Myreside in the first ever Cow Corner 20|20 finals day! 1pm start - everyone make an effort to come down and support if you are not playing. Team to be announced shortly.
8th Aug 08: New Website Launched
The new MCC website is launched today! Feedback and constructive critisism welcome! It will take a bit of time to transfer everything across, but hoepfully I'll be able to transfer the most important bits first.
2nd Aug 08: 40 Point Weekend and One Big Ton!
Marchmont 1sts took a big stride up the table with a tight win over table rivals Edinburgh at Leith Academy playing fields. However the majority of the plaudits go to Sam Peachey's monsterous 127 and 3 wickets.
Meanwhile, the 2nds picked up their second win of the season against the Old Contemptibles. Dave Sullivan hit a valuable 33 in a low total, but a combination of Harith, Stevie C and Matt and some excellent fielding (I'm told particularly Ciaran), MCC took the 20 points by just 2 runs!
